Over the years, I have been using 3D Arcade, and creating tools, models, and skins to use with it. The scripts are written in perl and converted to and executable with perl2exe to make it more usable. If you would like the code, just let me know and I’ll post it.
TOSEC Gamelist Maker will make a gamelist from TOSEC/GoodTools named files, and fill in the 3D Arcade gamelist fields appropriately. It will take a file named:
3-D Tic-Tac-Toe (1978) (Atari) [!].bin
And create a gamelist entry that looks like:
|3-D Tic-Tac-Toe|3-D Tic-Tac-Toe (1978) (Atari) [!].bin|1978|Atari||stella|||Yes|stella|app|stella|||||||||||||||||||||||||
MediaFind will rename (well, actually, copy to a new location) all of your media files according to the gamelist you specify, using fuzzy logic.
It will provide a list of the files that are the closest match (within the match percentage), and you can choose which one to copy.
You can alternatively use “auto” mode, which will copy the closest match automatically.
