All new music sits in a folder to be processed. I use Mediamonkey to organise as it is many times more powerful than iTunes. I also try to get album art that is greater than 500 x 500 pixels so it looks alright when in full screen coverflow. Genre is not generally done properly as I can't make a good choice on what should be used for every song. I like having tangible CDs and have created actual music CDs with cover art. I used a disc labeling device called the Dymo DiscPainter to do it. It was a fast and painless procedure.
